Muffin: Raspberry & Apple
Location: Green (Sydney Rd Brunswick)
Green's Raspberry and apple muffin ticked all the boxes for me. The crust of the muffin was golden but most importantly the fruit to cake ratio was spot on with fruit distributed evenly throughout the muffin. The consistency of the muffin was perfectly balanced and not too "cakey" or floury.
